   We visited Miller & Carter a month or two ago for our little girls birthday. The service we received from Georgie was second to none! Going out for dinner with a 2 year old can be pretty daunting sometimes and she made the experience brilliant! Spoke to our little girl every time she was at our table, made sure she got more of her favourite raspberries for her desert and just overall made our birthday lunch for her very enjoyable. She is an absolutely credit to the team at Glasgow!

   Always a fantastic steak experience. Tried the Wagyu Ribeye at this visit, (Nov 2025), which was excellent. While the service has always been great at each visit in the past, we found this visit to be exceptional. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable service from our Steak Expert Martina was 5star+.

   Fabulous lunch today in the Glasgow branch. Started with the sticky chicken bites and they were so good. Mains had to be a steak, 7oz rump, thick and cooked perfectly, paired with beef butter and peppercorn sauce and chunky chips. Not having much room for a dessert it had to be coffee with a mini dessert of profiteroles with caramel sauce. Everything was just perfect with excellent service from Kevin, who was polite, attentive and not intrusive.

   Staff lovely and very friendly. Our server Ralph was lovely, attentive and very helpful. Food was top class. Would highly recommend. I had sirloin and my partner had ribs. The beef dripping omg and creamy spinach was absolute heaven. Enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. Perfect Birthday Dinner ❤️ Will return....

   We went for my partners birthday, we had the Sunday set 3 course meal and paid the extra supplement for a better steak. Overall the food was nice. We had bruschetta to start which was amazing. Then we had steak as the main, my steak personally was quite fatty, partner's was fine tho. The chips and other items which came with the meal were very good. Also got a good deal of 3F£10 on sides and they didn't disappoint. To finish we had dessert which was very very nice. Drinks included colas and cocktails. Overall a really really good afternoon out, pricey but well worth the money. The service from the staff was fantastic. I can't wait to go again and try something different off the menu.

   Great restaurant. I don’t care much for steak and I was pleasantly surprised by the other options available on the menu. Staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back. On a side note - toilets were very interesting as you have to go into the basement and through the old bank safe door!

   An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly didn't feel the need. The lettuce wedge that accompanies the steak comes with a choice of 4 dressings and I demolished mine quickly. The desserts were also absolutely beautiful with the vanilla ice cream accompanying the sticky toffee pudding being sublime. The cocktails are very tasty (though strong!) and reasonably priced. Overall yes, the restaurant is a little pricey, however we felt it was well worth the money. A special mention to our server, Courtenay, who was extremely helpful, chatty and full of recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better server, she was amazing. Definitely one to visit if you're in the city and looking for a fantastic steak!
