Smiths were excellent at dealing with our dietary requirements and gave us ample space in the restaurant for comfortable eating as we had two babies in prams. Delighted we chose to spend our special day here and will return.”

“What a delight to eat at this beautiful restaurant. My husband and I turned up without reservations today after a tough morning following a bereavement to try and take our minds off our sadness. The restaurant owner pulled out all the stops to find us a table, and his kind and friendly manner instantly lifted our spirits. The food was the best we have ever eaten, the staff were so attentive and clearly very happy in their work, and the other customers were obviously in their happy places too. “We had a family meal there on a dank Thursday night but the welcome from Imogen and Lucy brightened up the evening. They looked after us very well and are a credit to Michaelangelo's. Our chef popped out from the kitchen and introduced herself and checked that our food was to our liking. We'll definitely be back.”

“Me and my partner went to the Blue Sky Lounge for our dinner after the stadium tour and had a lovely meal. Top points - Card only payments - Is Wheelchair Accessible We went on a Sunday and the carvery was on, the food was fantastic and staff were excellent. We had a clean booth with comfortable seats and strong tables overlooking the stunning Ibrox pitch. It was a starter, carvery and dessert for £37. The starters, a choice of pâté or lentil soup were served quickly and were absolutely delicious, at the carvery you can get 4 different kind of meats we had a bit of everything (Turkey, beef, chicken and pork), lots of different side dishes including massive Yorkshire puddings, mac n cheese, cauliflower cheese, roast and mashed potatoes, roasted veg and mixed veg, with an option of 4 desserts (Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Cheesecake, Chocolate fudge cake and apple crumble. My partner and I were very happy with the food and really feel like we got our moneys worth. Would recommend to rangers supporters of any vintage and tourists who are in the area and looking for a great meal.”

While the service has always been great at each visit in the past, we found this visit to be exceptional. “Went with some colleagues. I got the chicken, cooked beef, and rare beef pho on our waitress’ recommendation. A good portion of noodles, well-marinated chicken, well-cooked beef, and deliciously flavoured broth. Not “special” per se but certainly delicious, exactly what you think a yummy beef pho would taste like. My colleagues also liked their stir fried beef with egg fried rice and coconut curry with vermicelli. All round great meal. Service was friendly and food came really fast. They also offer fruit smoothies/milkshakes - we enjoyed the mango and avocado ones we tried.”

“Such a relaxing place to dine. The staff are warm, friendly and really helpful. Ask for some advice on what to eat, and they'll surprise you with something interesting. The food is off the charts amazing. This is my 4th time there and each time is a treat. Lovely surroundings (check out the ceiling!) and quiet background music. “Attended a Christmas do with friends here and the dining room they prepared for us was breathtaking. The food was very good, but service fairly slow. Each course took an hour to come out and the drinks were a bit inconsistent with the arrival times. We were a very large party though, so I appreciate this may not be the standard for them. One of our party weren't able to make it due to illness and I was able to get their meal packaged up so they wouldn't miss out. Unfortunately their dessert was not included in the food parcels (which has been paid for in advance as part of the course) but I still really appreciated that we got most of the order and that they gave it to me towards the end to ensure it didn't sit for too long. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend them for a function if you want to wow your guests.”

“The best kosher option for us when traveling to Scotland is to order our food in advance from Chabad, then have it frozen and ready for pick up in Glasgow. On this trip, we paid £300 for two weeks of food, enough for four adults. We got soups, kugels, chicken, beef, strudel, vegetables, rice, and lasagna. To make it work, we bought a 220V crockpot and a power converter for our electric hot plate. Of course, we brought our own plastic plates, utensils, pot, a pan, and a thermos too (good for soups on day trips away from our Airbnb & Vrbo). Essentially, when we travel internationally, we have one extra suitcase dedicated to food. While you may think that's an excessive shlep, it turns out to be amazingly economical and a great time saver to eat when and where we want.”

“Was looking for a nice restaurant for my mums birthday and we stumbled upon this place. The service was amazing, the staff even helped us with a tiramisu and candle to celebrate. The charcuterie was to die for and the food we had was delicious. You can tell they use fresh produce and know how to treat it well. If you’re looking for a nice dinner or even a cocktail and nibbles I would highly recommend.”

“A lovely, dog friendly restaurant with a varied menu to suit many tastes. The house wine was lovely as were the meals. We dined very early, so it was fairly quiet and we were lucky to get so much attention from the staff .... especially our dog who was made a real fuss of. The food was well cooked and just what we expected with good portions. My wife's vegetarian meal looked wonderful and she said it tasted really good. We would certainly go there again.”

Only downside for me is a few members of the staff who I don’t find fitting. But overall I am satisfied with my visits all the time. Do not recommend beef tartare, it’s lacking in flavor and serving. “Gabby and sammy were amazing, brilliant service. Food came really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Would recommend the carbonara, fish of the day, focaccia and cheesecake. Such a shame I live in England not Scotland.”
