Weeks before our arrival, we were back and forth selecting the best way to spend our day together for my family of 5 adults from Canada of Clan Cameron of Erracht heritage. Matthew was knowledgeable, funny and accommodating!! Shortly after meeting us, we had an excellent banter. We all laughed a lot. Despite a mix of sun and quite miserable wind, rain and hail, Matthew made our day touring the Inverness area perfect!!”

“We had a family meal there on a dank Thursday night but the welcome from Imogen and Lucy brightened up the evening. They looked after us very well and are a credit to Michaelangelo's. “A perfect summer surprise at Oiishi. A longtime favourite that keeps getting better. My partner and I have been coming to Oiishi for over six years now, and not once have we left disappointed. This time, we decided to try their new summer tasting menu for my birthday, a bit of a change from our usual favourites, and we were pleasantly surprised. The experience was beautifully paced, allowing us to really savour each dish as it arrived. The summer menu gave us the chance to try things we might never have ordered otherwise, and it opened our eyes to some fantastic new flavours. Highlights included the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef, the delicate and refreshing ebi summer rolls, and the beautifully presented tuna tartare. Every bite was thoughtful and refined. We ended the evening with a refreshing mango sorbet, which came with a delightful little surprise, a perfect way to round off what was a special birthday date night. If I had to pick a negative, which ultimately wasn’t a negative as it still tasted delicious as it is, was the Chilled Ramen with Volcano sauce didn’t have a lot of spice to it. We were expecting to have a kick of heat but it wasn’t there. The staff were exceptional throughout, attentive, informative, and welcoming. Each dish was introduced with care, and a personal visit from the chef to check on our experience was a warm and much-appreciated gesture. For the quality and variety, the summer menu is excellent value. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a relaxed, high-quality tasting experience that offers both comfort and creativity, we can’t recommend Oiishi enough.”

“Superb, if you haven't tried you really need to go, best fillet of beef in peppercorn sauce I've tasted so far, my hubby said beef stroganoff was amazing also, will defo be returning very soon. Nice relax atmosphere.”

“I visited this Turkish restaurant yesterday and had an amazing experience. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming — he truly made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and honestly the best Turkish food I’ve had anywhere in England. “We had our first visit here last evening and have to say if we stayed in Glasgow we would be here all of the time. I had put in a request for a quieter area if possible due to our daughter struggling with busy areas. They went above and beyond making sure she was comfortable and it made her evening to feel so special. The food was 10 out of 10 for all meals, the kids came out as soon as it was ready. Really the best evening.”

“Me and my partner went to the Blue Sky Lounge for our dinner after the stadium tour and had a lovely meal. Top points - Card only payments - Is Wheelchair Accessible We went on a Sunday and the carvery was on, the food was fantastic and staff were excellent. We had a clean booth with comfortable seats and strong tables overlooking the stunning Ibrox pitch. It was a starter, carvery and dessert for £37. The starters, a choice of pâté or lentil soup were served quickly and were absolutely delicious, at the carvery you can get 4 different kind of meats we had a bit of everything (Turkey, beef, chicken and pork), lots of different side dishes including massive Yorkshire puddings, mac n cheese, cauliflower cheese, roast and mashed potatoes, roasted veg and mixed veg, with an option of 4 desserts (Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Cheesecake, Chocolate fudge cake and apple crumble. My partner and I were very happy with the food and really feel like we got our moneys worth. Would recommend to rangers supporters of any vintage and tourists who are in the area and looking for a great meal.”
