   Would give 0 stars if I could. Just had the most embarrassing experience at this branch just now. A lady with blonde hair served us and we ordered 2 meals but only got 1 drink. She asked my mum what flavour fruit shoot she wanted when my mum asked for irn bru so clearlry wasn't paying attention. I went back to ask for my second drink as this wasn't given to which her and a male staff member said "are you sure you didn't get a drink?" "I'm sure I gave you a drink?" a number of times implying that I was asking for an extra drink. I even told her to come check our bags, I felt like I was being accused of stealing a drink I had paid for and was part of my meal. Will never attend again and taking this onto head office for further investigation.

   Just received plain noodles litterally ,no taste at all ...they don't even stir the new noddles that are put in tray to be served ..

   Went today after shopping, the shop had plenty of space for my dad’s wheelchair. The food was lovely and fresh. Service was great, the server helped bring the food to our table. Will definitely be back

   Very Disappointed with the Service I visited this Chopstix location yesterday and had a very poor experience. There was no staff at the till to take orders. Only one staff member was visible, who had his back turned to customers while handling dishes or cleaning utensils. I politely said “excuse me” to see if he could take my order, but his response was extremely cheeky and aggressive. He bluntly replied, “I’m working,” in a very dismissive tone. This staff member was short in height and appeared to be working specifically with kitchen utensils. His attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to this place. A business that allows such customer service clearly doesn’t value its customers.

   Had a lovely lunch with my daughter who is 7. She wasn’t sure what she wanted but the manager Chelsea was very patient took her time to explain what each dish was. She chatted and was very friendly Then helped me over to a table as I have a splint on without having to ask.

   Amazing food and service in a fun place to eat. The upgrade to a meal deal seems to be the best value. Monika pointed this out to us and we took the offer. No hesitation to recommend a visit for something to eat. Great for kids and adults alike. Overall my favourite fast food in Silverburn... beats most fancy restaurants for the freshness of the food as well.

   This was my first experience to have Chinese food out in Glasgow and overall it was satisfactory. With loads of choices around in food court, our group of three chose Chopstix. Food is expensive for a noodle bar since the basic serving (£5.65 for a fist full of noodles) is not at all generous. You had to spend an extra quid for each upgrade and that how it gets more dearer. Still we noticed that on a Saturday afternoon it was busy. Perhaps the flavors were not disappointing and holding customers for next visit. You can get toppings of Halal Chicken, Beef and Prawn on the menue along with fried rice or vegetable noodles. Sides of mini spring rolls and chicken popcorn were also available. We tested beef, praws and chicken which were OK but the noodles were missing flavour and right proportion of vegitable. Environment was clean, with ample staff to serve. Eating noodles from a small box with fork was not appealing. If you are in vicinity and interested in Chinese , must try out Chopstix. Order medium or large with added servings spend another £1.65 for a drink deal with mini spring rolls and you will happily walking out having a decent munch under £10.
