They came and cleaned every single floor in my new house before I moved my furniture in. Advising me that they would be unable to clean the kitchen floor due to the material it's made of as it's completely unsuitable for their cleaning equipment and would have been ruined (other companies may have cleaned the kitchen floor regardless of this but these guys want to do the best job they can possibly do). “Sad story involving a poorly dog and a blood stained hall carpet... I'll spare the details, but our misery was compounded when I found out my insurance didn't cover accidental damage. A Google search later and I found Graham. The reviews gave me some hope, but I didn't want to get too excited. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly. He even said they wouldn't charge me if the stain remained. I actually got teary eyed with relief when I saw the depressing blood stain had vanished. The rest of my carpets look better than ever. “The Acorn guys done a fantastic job on my mother's carpets. Due to an unfortunate medical issue the carpets were contaminated with blood. “We (from Australia) used this laundry service after reading the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We chose to wash and dry our clothes and have a coffee nearby inbetween the process. The excellent assistant was so friendly and helpful. Ultimately, timewise and for the cost, it may be worth considering the option of allowing the service itself to undertake the cleaning, drying and folding for you. The equipment was first rate resulting in clean and fresh clothing. The part owner was also in attendance and he proved to be a friendly gentleman indeed. We highly recommend this service.”

“Contacted the company to clean all the carpets in our house. Agris was very prompt and worked all morning cleaning and removing stains which I thought would not be possible. I was very impressed with the end results and the carpets have a new lease of life, stain free, smell fresh and clean and feel bouncy again. Well worth the very reasonable cost.
