“We (from Australia) used this laundry service after reading the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We chose to wash and dry our clothes and have a coffee nearby inbetween the process. The excellent assistant was so friendly and helpful. Ultimately, timewise and for the cost, it may be worth considering the option of allowing the service itself to undertake the cleaning, drying and folding for you. The equipment was first rate resulting in clean and fresh clothing. The part owner was also in attendance and he proved to be a friendly gentleman indeed. We highly recommend this service.”

“I recently used broom dry cleaners/Giffnock dry cleaners to take care of cleaning my wedding dress. My dress was covered in fake tan marks on the inside and the bottom was covered in a mixture of sand and dirty. My dress has been sitting in my house for 4 months before I dropped it off to be cleaned. The service I experienced was outstanding! They managed to get my dress looking brand new, I was kept updated with my dress progress. The service was outstanding and all the staff were incredibly friendly. “Sad story involving a poorly dog and a blood stained hall carpet... I'll spare the details, but our misery was compounded when I found out my insurance didn't cover accidental damage. A Google search later and I found Graham. The reviews gave me some hope, but I didn't want to get too excited. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly. He even said they wouldn't charge me if the stain remained. I actually got teary eyed with relief when I saw the depressing blood stain had vanished. The rest of my carpets look better than ever.
