5 Star Service! Put my son's suit in to get cleaned that was (very) badly stained from a party. Raj the owner did an amazing job and my sons suit looks like new. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Got my Canada goose cleaned here last week. After a quick search on google you’ll find that this shop is the only one registered with Canada goose for cleaning. The guy that runs it is very knowledgeable about Canada goose and goes through exactly how they clean it. I dropped it off late Friday and got it back that Wednesday at lunchtime. When I picked it up he also cleaned up the cuffs as they were a bit bally and also trimmed loose threads. Jacket looks brand new Would highly recommend

I cannot recommend V.I.P Dry Cleaning enough for the incredible job they did cleaning my wedding dress. After the big day, my dress had quite a few stains from outdoor photos, dancing, and celebrating—but when I picked it up, it looked absolutely pristine, like new! Their team handled everything with such care and professionalism, and I felt confident leaving such a sentimental item in their hands. Do not take your down jackets here. Really upset with both the results of the cleaning and the reaction of staff. Terrible customer service. I read all the reviews here about the great service for down jackets so I went here with mine. My jacket is ruined! Some sections have zero padding now, and everywhere the jacket is thin and decidedly unfluffy. Staff were rude, said this was my risk and refused to even look at the problem. If I had known that the “special service” for down jackets meant “clean but no longer fluffy and warm” I would never have used them.
Highly recommend this dry cleaner for Canada Goose jackets. I had my my Canada Goose Jacket dry cleaned here and it came back like new. The very friendly man that served me was very knowledgeable and explained the process they would follow with my jacket as I told him that I was nervous about having it dry cleaned. He even text to say that everything was ok after the clean. The shop is only a 5 minute walk from Milngavie train station.
My Canada Goose jacket came back good as new, it was in a really bad condition with a tonne of stains on it. Would 100% recommend for Canada Goose cleaning, very reliable, will absolutely be back!
Have had white shirt pressed and returned with burn marks. Just had a very unpleasant conversation with the manager that "most of my shirts were in very rough condition" prior to being ironed! But the store were happy to iron them any way and collect their money... Currently refusing to accept responsibility for burning my shirt(s)...
Great service. My wife managed to put several stains of unknown origin on her new (unused) expensive "Mother of the Bride" outfit and we were worried that it might be ruined. We took it to VIP Dry Cleaners in Milngavie because of the good reviews it has had. The great reviews are all justified! They took great care with her outfit, putting the dress through the cleaning process three times to make sure that it was good as new - and it now is! We can totally recommend this dry cleaner. .
