   Please be very careful before employing this company. I had booked them to clean my lounge carpet having recently moved into a new home. They have completely ruined my carpet. They left the carpet saturated, taking more than a week to dry. Additionally, despite me offering to move my wooden TV unit out of the room, they said “they would take care of it”, which they did not. They did not remove it, and instead, worked around it. They moved the unit into my bay window and left it sitting directly on top of the saturated carpet. This resulted in the wood stain soaking into the carpet and ruining it. They sent someone back to try to remove the stain but it will not come out. They are now completely refusing to accept any responsibility for their negligence and I am now currently having to pursue them through the courts. Use one of the many other reputable carpet companies.

   Just had DSA carpet cleaning out to clean carpet on our stairs and a chair, couldn't be more happy with the finish. Fazi who cleaned them was excellent and very pleasant guy, we just left him to do what he does and he did an excellent job, I would highly recommend DSA carpet cleaning ill definitely be having them out again

   Amazing customer service, kept in touch with me from start to finish. The lovely gentleman was earlier than our arranged time which suited me fine. He looked at the carpet which was badly stained, he advised me that 2 of the worse stains may not come out. I left it to him and sat in the kitchen, when he was done I was totally amazed. The carpet looked amazing. He was efficient and polite throughout. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them. Very good value for money.
