Amazing end of tenancy cleaning done on my 2-bed flat. It was very dusty all throughout at the start, but after 3 hours the floors were sparkling clean, all the surfaces were wiped, and the oven looked brand new. Ivan was very responsive via email and text from start to finish. Very happy with their service!
I didnโt want to give you one star. But I was not impressed. You did not give a deep clean to our kitchen. You sprayed something in microwave and it was dripping down the sides after one use. You missed a drawer under the oven and you didnโt clean the table or chairs or walls or floor. You charged me ยฃ240 and did not justify the amount. Donโt understand the 4.8 rating. Demeanor was not friendly, three cleaners for one kitchen and did not complete a deep clean. I had to to clean the counter tops as they were dirty, I cleaned the inside cupboards as the smelled and the kitchen smelled of dirty cloths. Cleaners looked fed up and not in any way passionate to do an excellent job. I do appreciate what you did do but does not deem the amount of work left behind. Which means I will have to get another cleaner pay twice now for what was supposed to be done in the first place.
Would definitely recommend BuZy Bees! I had to organise an end of tenancy cleaning and Ivan was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Great services and great communication too.

We wanted to use the cleaning company that we usually go for but they were not avaliable so we decided to book with BuzyBees for a deep clean as we were moving. My husband and I are so glad we did. They arrived on time, they were very thorough and did a great job. The place was spotless. My husband pointed out that BuzyBees managed to get stains out that he had been struggling with. I thoroughly recommend BuzyBees and Ivan is great at getting back to you. Good value and will definitely use them again.
BuZy Bees was highly recommended by a friend who is using their cleaning services for several years. Me and my partner live in a two bedroom apartment and we are very busy throughout the week and thus we were looking for a cleaning firm that would come and clean for us every week. I started using their services last month for the first time, when we come home with my partner after they have cleaned we were shocked!
