Really good spotless result on my suit! But just as important to me is the service - it is run by a very friendly and helpful man who clearly cares about people. I will be using this dry cleaner from now on.
I hate to leave a bad review but I am really disappointed in how my wedding dress has turned out. It took much longer than I was initially told, and I have pretty much got the dress back in the exact state I dropped it off, except it now smells musty. It was just a quick clean as the dress is an ex sample, but the dress still has tan and makeup on the inside from being tried on and the armpits still have a smell to them. So disappointed and now very stressed trying to find somewhere else to clean my dress ahead of my alterations. It doesn’t look like it has been cleaned at all.
Lal is an absolute miracle worker! My wedding dress had been dragged down the royal mile after a winter day and the bottom 2 inches were completely black - lal managed to clean my dress to absolute perfection and it looks like I just picked it up from the shop. Cannot thank him enough for his care and attention on my dress and can’t recommend him enough. Thank you!!

Would definitely recommend this dry cleaners! Took my wedding dress in and the owner could not have been nicer and wasn't 'pushy'. He even said I could take the dress away and see if I could maybe get other quotes which I didn't do as felt so comfortable with my choice. Amazing job done and my dress looks brand new! Got my wedding dress dry cleaned here. My wedding day was very rainy, so the dress was really dirty around the bottom. I'm so glad I went to Forrester's because I got my dress back in pristine condition. I also purchased a dress storage box and Lal, the owner, packed my dress into the box perfectly. I received amazing service from start to finish and my dress got cleaned for a good price. Cannot recommend highly enough.
