A Google search later and I found Graham. The reviews gave me some hope, but I didn't want to get too excited. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly. He even said they wouldn't charge me if the stain remained. I actually got teary eyed with relief when I saw the depressing blood stain had vanished. The rest of my carpets look better than ever.
