Tenants had smoked in the property, leaving a smokey cigarette smell. Lots of rubbish, including a moulding chip pan. Mould and damp. The place was positively grotty. Maria and her crew left it sparkling. VERY reasonably priced. They were so good and so quick. I was in contact with Maria, who kept me appraised at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. AMAZING.
