   Initially, a good standard regular window clean ,but sadly quality of service deteriorated over time. Eventually, the clean was done in 10 minutes with just a quick scrub of the glass of the windows for £16. When I fed back about this a second time, I didn't get a response. It felt like as the business has clearly expanded, the quality has suffered, which is a shame as it started out well. They followed up 2 months later after seeing my 2 star review here and offered a free clean and so I have improved my rating slightly, but will be using an alternative company going forward.

   Highly recommend glass monkey! We only moved to Keyworth last year and they have been great. We have Biweekly window clean and they are always on time and do a great job! They cleaned our gutters when we first moved in and our neighbours all commented on how great they looked too.

   Moved into our new house in March. The windows were filthy inside and out. Was clear the previous owners had never had them cleaned. I tried to do them inside myself but because the outside was so dirty it made no difference. I got a few quotes from various companies and this guy was by far the cheapest and very responsive in providing a quote. This morning he came and has done a fantastic job. The windows are sparkling. Now I can see that maybe I didnt do a good job on the inside after all!! Better get my glass cleaner back out. Thank you so much glass monkey!!
