Just had our carpet and stairs cleaned by Nick at Probitas and it was so much better, and more cost effective. Nick is a really nice guy. “I usually do not have a cleaner but as i had broken my leg and recovering from surgery , I needed someone soon as possible. I had a one off clean from Maids 2 Clean and i was dissatisfied with the price (£70) and what the two cleaners had done in the space of and 1 hour and half. I contacted Dani at Tidy& Shining Cleaning after seeing her reviews and website. i received a response within a few hours. She visited our home on time and very friendly. She was so understanding and she explained that they use your own cleaning products and clothes. After the home visit she estimated how long it would take to the jobs around the house gave me a date and price, which was cheaper than previous cleaners. The day of the clean, Dani came on time in the morning and did all the jobs needed. I was shocked when she left because the house was spotless, tidy and smelled so fresh. She was thorougher, honestly i cannot fault the service that she provides. I have a regular clean now once a week. The lovely lady Rupie, that visits is fantastic. I trust her to just get on with the jobs and if i needed anything else doing i just ask and nothing is too much trouble. She is so friendly, honest, reliable and so understanding. I am contemplating to keep the cleaning service once i have recovered as the service has been so good. I am not sure what i would do without them. “Carpets that were here when we moved in 2 years ago (and I suspect a lot longer...) and which had strange stains that I don't want to think about were all gone when Fred came and cleaned it yesterday. The carpet is like new and, although we are re-decorating in the new year we don't specifically have to replace them which I would have said was essential prior to the cleaning visit!
