“I joined Features Nottingham a few years ago, and I haven't looked back since. I had been looking for a family practice for years, as I always felt that other practices just see you as a number, and not a patient. Features were recommended by my partner, who had a lot of work done with them and was very happy (he spoke very highly about their professionalism, knowledge and use of latest practices). I never felt they did unnecessary procedures on me, and they always saw me on a quick notice during emergencies. I suffer from bruxism, which got really bad after a stressful period. Albertina recommended Botox injections, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Before then, I suffered from constant pain, numbness, tightness and toothaches (from the pressure). After the Botox injections, the symptoms greatly improved. Features has now become our family practice, as both my children get treated here. My 4 year old is being seen regularly as I noticed early on that he has 'soft teeth'. I was so concerned about his teeth, but Albertina with her professional and calm demeanour put me at ease. He was not keen at the beginning, but with Albertina's patient approach, he now loves going to the dentist. Recently, I even took my newborn for a visit and she loved it! If you are looking for a family friendly practice with a professional and knowledgeable approach, then Features is the place for you. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
