Today I have been for a regular composite clean before my wedding day next week - in which he sent down to reception as free of charge for a wedding present. This has truly made my day. I joined Features Nottingham a few years ago, and I haven't looked back since. I had been looking for a family practice for years, as I always felt that other practices just see you as a number, and not a patient. Features were recommended by my partner, who had a lot of work done with them and was very happy (he spoke very highly about their professionalism, knowledge and use of latest practices). I never felt they did unnecessary procedures on me, and they always saw me on a quick notice during emergencies. I suffer from bruxism, which got really bad after a stressful period. Albertina recommended Botox injections, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Before then, I suffered from constant pain, numbness, tightness and toothaches (from the pressure). After the Botox injections, the symptoms greatly improved. Features has now become our family practice, as both my children get treated here. My 4 year old is being seen regularly as I noticed early on that he has 'soft teeth'. I was so concerned about his teeth, but Albertina with her professional and calm demeanour put me at ease. He was not keen at the beginning, but with Albertina's patient approach, he now loves going to the dentist. Recently, I even took my newborn for a visit and she loved it! If you are looking for a family friendly practice with a professional and knowledgeable approach, then Features is the place for you. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I originally had composite bonding on my top row of teeth. I absolutely loved it. But me being the person I am I wanted more lol. So I then had my 6 top front top and bottom teeth made look amazing with crowns and veneers. I really love them. The after care is second to none. Florin and his team really knowledgeable and are the most friendly people you could wish for. I highly recommend Features Nottingham.

After years of hating my smile, a friend referred me to Florin and his team at features. I, today after just three visits have walked away from the surgery with the smile of my dreams. (No exaggeration) Florin is gentle, informative, talented and above everything else, a complete perfectionist, I've never seen such precision! I initially attended a consultation as I was interested in composite bonding treatment, after an assessment, we found it wasn't something he could do for me - but rather than turn me away, Florin sat with me and discussed alternative treatments and we settled on a plan we were both happy with! My appointment was last of the day, and I was told that the staff would not leave the practice until I was 1000% happy with my results. His assistant deserves credit too, she's kind, calming, and explains every little detail of the treatment, she's just wonderful. We have to mention Amanda, the most professional receptionist I've ever come across, there isn't a single aspect of the business she isn't aware of, she's quick to help, and always makes you feel as if you are part of the family - it's lovley. The practice is modern, and extremely clean in every way possible. After visiting this practice I have now transferred all of my dental care to Florin and his team. Who would ever of thought that it would be a pleasure to visit the dentist? If you are considering a change of dentist or thinking about cosmetic dental work, please do not hesitate to speak to Features, you really won't be disappointed.
Can not recommend highly enough. Extremely Professional, Caring & Patient. Came to this practice during Covid, for a problematic tooth removal, as was uncomfortable with my existing dentists protocols. The removal took two visits - was given the mobile number for the dentist if I had any concerns, who promptly called me back on a Sunday morning. Brilliant.
