“I have been at this practice for over 20 years from the days of Mr Biryanski. A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent. The dentist kept the atmosphere calm, he explained how the examination would take place and he took time talking with me first, allowing me to settle in the surgery atmosphere.
