   I have received two major treatments from the wonderful team at Bupa Dental Care Coventry. One being the removal of two wisdom teeth and the other, some composite bonding work to my existing teeth. The full spectrum of work was carried out professionally and too an incredibly high standard with any questions being answered promptly if I was to call up the surgery. A massive thank you to Sehrish Rafiq and her team for the great work! Can't recommend this branch enough. 11/10!

   As always, exceptional service from the team at Bupa Dental Coventry. I saw Kiran (dentist) and Rachel (hygienist), both offer the highest quality service and are so well supported by the team. The experience is great from the moment you step in and are greeted by the reception staff. The dental staff are highly skilled and ensure a comfortable experience. I cannot praise this practice enough!

   I needed an appointment at short noce: I was offered a choice of two, one, the same day or a later one, the following day. The dentist was new to me. She was absolutely my idea of the perfect dentist. Kind and ultra careful. Her colleague who supported her was just the same, putting me at ease with her easy chair side manner.

   Took my money for an implant and crown (I originally just wanted a standard NHS appointment). Within a week of the procedure the screw came out and the aftercare that followed was both unsupportive and depressing. I still have part of an implant in my mouth (which has healed) they also have hold of my money that I had to pay up front for a crown. The manager will argue with you, they’ll cancel and move appointments with little to no notice. I’ve spent £4000 with this practice and all I have to show for it is an extraction that I originally hoped the NHS would do as I was on maternity leave! (I had to pay private apparently!). I’m sadly still paying my family back for something that didn’t work!

   This Dental centre gave me the most easy and painless experience I have ever had at a dentist's. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad teeth from when I was younger and that, of course only worsened the issue. I got an appointment within 1 week. My dentist, Dr Uddin, was professional and friendly so I was not as worried. My dentist thoroughly checked my teeth and made a comprehensive dental plan that was adjusted to my level of comfort by my request. I was made to feel comfortable and I felt my dentist actually cared about getting the best outcome for my dental health. I cannot recommend this practice enough for high quality healthcare and treatment for patients.

   Very poor service as an NHS patient. Originally went for a check up and needed further treatment, my follow on appts were cancelled twice meaning it was almost 3 months before the treatment could be carried out. I attended for 3 fillings, one of which fell out after 5 weeks, the other which I paid a “private rate” for as it was white, has been fitted poorly, causing me pain and difficulty flossing, and upon advice from another dentist needs replacing. In addition, when I tried to get an apt to replace the fallen out filling I was made an emergency appt for a check up even though they knew I required treatment. Very Poor service, would never pay privately here, poor shoddy work and discriminatory treatment to those who are NHS patients. Avoid.

   As a nervous patient, I can't rate this clinic high enough! From being greeted by the receptionist right through to the end of my appointment, the whole experience was second to none. The dentist I saw was incredibley professional and reassuring at the same time. Everything was explained to me and I walked out of my appointment filled with positivity Thankyou so much.    In summary, I found this clinic money hungry - I never would have thought that I'd pay £1k less for an implant in London compared to what I was quoted in Coventry?!!! And with the clinic in London, they had the tech onsite for all scan types needed to prep for the implant (so significantly cheaper and more convenient and specialised set up). Also, odd that the clinic in London didn't present the same concerns and push me into having more work done . . .
