Great service at Hillfield Dental surgery. I saw Dr Visakh and he was amazing and treated me with calmness and care. He had a gentle touch, while doing my extraction. All staff are lovely and very accommodating. Great team!!

This is the best dental surgery I’ve been to in Coventry! The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Pam, she knew exactly how to help me and you can tell she’s extremely experienced! The dentist is so patient, I’m a nervous person when it comes to dental things but they are so reassuring and calm me down. Highly recommend this surgery!

Have been in pain for some time, dentist gave me antibiotics just in case of infection. Today went for follow up. I needed root canal. I AM A WUSS! He numbed me , let me sit in waiting room and removed the nerve. CANNOT thank Samir enough! I told him he works miracle’s! I used to sit and cry in the waiting room for a check up!! That’s how much of a wuss I am. I have known some dentists who were not so caring! This guy is a genius!!!
I made an appointment through Emergency Website. The Dentist (sorry don't know his name)was patient and talked me through every stage of the procedure. He made me feel at ease especially as I had never been at this practice before. However the administration/receptionist was abysmal. Considering I was paying as a private patient on an emergency appointment, I was left for almost a hour in the waiting room. I had to remind the receptionist I was still waiting to be seen. When I was finally admitted to see the dentist he apologised profusely and explained the receptionist hadn't informed him I was waiting to be seen. Dental treatment was first class but receptionist very poor and not even a reduction on the dental fees!!!
