   A nice surgery and polite enough staff but I left feeling a little disappointed bearing in mind that l am paying for 'Medical Treatment' I attended an open day on a Saturday afternoon in Nov 2025 and received an examination for a dental implant - I received 'My Treatment Plan' and was quoted £2950 on the basis that 'I Sign On The Day' and pay a £500 deposit 'There and Then' (A tooth extraction would be made ASAP at around an extra £200 but actual treatment for the implant would not commence until Feb - March 2026 ) - I told the staff member that I wanted to 'Think About It' and I will be in touch soon. When I took my dental plan home and studied the treatment plan in detail (Which is what a treatment plan is for, before a decision is made) it clearly stated 'In Writing' in the 'Small Print' that the price quoted and 'My Treatment Plan' was valid for '90 Days' On the Monday which was in effect 'The Next Working Day' I raised the 'Small Print' issue with the practice manager and was told that the 'Medical Treatment for my implant would now cost me nearer £3500. Despite what Avenue Dental's 'Small Print' stated 'In Writing' on 'My Treatment Plan' no offer of £2950 was made on the Monday. For this reason I decided not to proceed with treatment at Avenue Dental.

   Lovely and welcoming staff. I have anxiety with dentists but Dr.Amit is gentle and considerate. He ensures that im comfortable and keeps me updated with exactly what's going on. Makes it so much easier for me to be able to go to the dentist. Five stars, excellent service :)

   I’ve always had a lot of apprehension and anxiety when it comes to dentist visits however Bobby and the team at Avenue Dental made me feel extremely relaxed, reassured and comfortable with my visits.    From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. The warmth and genuine care from every member of the team made the experience feel incredibly personal (not something you often say about a trip to the dentist!) They take the time to get to know you, explain every step clearly, and truly listen, which made me feel valued and in safe hands throughout. The clinic itself is stunning, modern, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. No detail has been overlooked. Combine that with their exceptional expertise and professionalism, and it’s easy to see why this practice stands out. I have a dental practice on my doorstep but will continue to make the 40 minute car journey because the Avenue team are the only ones I trust with my smile!

   As an extremely anxious patient I was put completely at ease by Bobby & the team. From Becky booking my initial visits, Marie ensuring I understood everything about my procedure and the care and expertise of Bobby & Raj I could not have wished for better treatment. I received follow up calls from them all in the days after my procedure and they were all more than willing to answer any questions I had. The practise is comfortable, high tech and stylish. The friendly warm atmosphere puts me at ease as soon as I walk through the door. I never thought I’d say that about going to the dentist!

   We booked in for routine check ups for me and the children for the first time post-pandemic. Bob and his team were brilliant. We received a really warm welcome. We were seen instantly. Our last dentist had us waiting up to 45 minutes, so this was refreshing. The children felt instantly at ease. The facilities are first-class and the clinic itself is modern and chic. We were given professional and tailored advice on how best to look after our teeth. We have registered and would definitely reccommend.

   I visited Avenue Dental today for a routine check up and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in, the newly renovated clinic felt relaxed and calming (not how I normally feel when visiting a dentist!). Dr Bhandal took the time to explain every procedure that he was doing. His expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for the person on the other end of drill are most appreciated. I would also like to thank the staff at Avenue Dental (Marie and Becky) for being extremely helpful for explaining the various treatment options. My husband and I will definitely be using Avenue Dental going forward!

   I visited Avenue Dental for the first time yesterday and whilst I usually dread visiting the dentist, my family and I found it to be a fantastic experience! Bobby and the staff were so warm and friendly, and the shiny new decor and ambience were also really welcoming as well as looking very stylish and contemporary. Bobby was great with my kids too and made them feel really comfortable. Bobby also finally found the solution to the problems my previous dentists haven't been able to properly assist with, which has been a huge relief. Great parking too, which was so convenient with the kids. We've instantly moved our family over to Avenue Dental. Great experience, would highly recommend Bobby and the team to anyone.
