   My lovely friend recommend this dental practice to me and I trust her opinion implicitly! She was right they are professional and friendly, they explain everything and provide options, and I am very happy to have found a dentist who accommodate irregular hours to suit people who work full time. I had scale and polish and consultation about Invisalign which I hope to get at some point in the future. The staff were kind and compassionate which accounts for a lot, they were not pushy sales people like some dental practices can be like, the staff were understanding and patient. Thankyou my new dental practice.

   Decayed wisdom tooth needed extraction-immediate care received as a private patient and smooth extraction. I was never made to feel uneasy when I was clearly worried, anxious and panicked about being treated. They were available during the festive break when other dentists were unavailable or with limited capacity to see emergency patients-this was further distress when suffering excruciating dental pain which keeps you up at night. I am truly grateful for Dr Ali and Dr Hussain for their care and professionalism. I recommend them highly.

   I had emergency tooth extraction the Dr and his assistant explained the treatment quite well. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. No ques or waiting. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone. If you want a team that’s honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Great staff.

   I had an appointment for an extraction with my regular dentist, but was in quite a bit of pain, and the date for treatment date was too far away. I phoned 111 for an emergency appointment and they said Bell Green dentist would contact me the next day, which they did. The staff member who called me was very friendly and helpful and said I could come over at 11am and they would fit me in. I believe it was Dr Hussain who I saw and he was excellent. Made me feel at ease, talked me through the process and was very diligent in checking and making sure with me the tooth area was completely anaesthetised and I was feeling no pain before doing any work. I was nervous about going for an extraction, and also it because it was a dentist I haven’t been to before, but I was really happy with the treatment I received, and very grateful for them being able to give me an appointment! Thank you!

   I had a dental emergency today and called the clinic around 11 AM, just hoping they could fit me in. They booked me for 2 PM the same day, which already took a lot of stress off. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, organised, and simple. The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind and easy to talk to. They explained what was going on in simple terms, the procedure was quick and smooth, and I felt looked after the whole time. One thing I really appreciated is how honest they were. They didn’t try to push anything extra or make things sound more serious than they were. They just told me exactly what needed to be done and kept it straightforward which is rare and so refreshing. I’ve been to a few other dental places in the area and around the city, and none of them made me feel as comfortable or confident as this one. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere in the area, this visit honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone. If you want a team that’s honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Outstanding Dental Care. Highly Recommended!
