   All staff have always been friendly. Invisalign care been great so far. I have OCD, PTSD. I have trauma around medical things; OCD around medical smells, and not being in control. The environment has always helped me relax, which has helped me when I have been feeling a-bit anxious. That’s helped me manage my symptoms, which saves me feeling embarrassed. I don’t feel anxious anymore at all, when I have to attend, even in the chair. Thank you all for a great experience, so far! I’ve worked in research previously, patient involvement in the past. - quiet often, we have issues with third sectors. So well done, for making a relaxed environment.

   I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcross

   I'm shocked at the 5* reviews Dr Parvis has received they are definitely from desired private market. As I can tell you honestly my last few exposures of this dentist his dentistry manner has been shocking. When I have brought my young children here he treats them like a conveyer belt not giving them any time whatsoever. My youngst child didn't even have a chance to open his own mouth before Dr Parvis was forcing his mouth open. When your young patients are leaving the dentist saying he was rude wasn't he mummy it says it all. Reception staff are lovely and dental nurses have been very kind and sweet to our family. We missed one appointment due to an incident occuring beyond our control. And despite calling torcross and informing them Dr Parvis follows up with leaving a nasty voicemail on my answering machine. So yes if you want invisaline he will probably give you the time of day, a smile and treat you with respect. If your just looking for a check up anything routine then in our experience he comes across as rather entitled, rude and obnoxious. Whats hillarious is he couldn't wait to get our family of 7 on his books but we are just numbers and thankfully he is no longer our dentist not that he did anything for us it was all rush rush with no care. In response to torcross dental practice Agreed people who regularly miss appointments or cancel late notice completely understandable. However, we do not have a history of this. There is no justification for the total unprofessionalism & unkind is my honest experience. Like you state you have a policy for repeated so you should therefore follow your policy as 1 account is not repeated. Wish you well improving your practice and patient experience.

   Dr Parvis always makes me feel I am in safe hands, he explains everything he is doing and makes sure I am feeling ok as he is working. I always fear the dentist but come out wondering why I get so upset about it and the results are well worth the effort

   I use Jubilee Dental Practice for my normal dental treatment, but Torcross Dental Practice (the sister practice) for orthodontist work. I recently had my teeth straightened using Invisalign. All the staff are very friendly, Dr Parvis was very patient and the full treatment was a positive experience. It wasn't a quick fix - it took longer than expected, partly due to the Covid pandemic causing delays and partly because we extended treatment to obtain a better result (at no additional cost). I'm really happy with my new smile - and have received quite a few compliments already.

   My friend recommended Dr Parvis and I'm pleased she did. Having very sensitive teeth makes me a nervous patient. At my first treatment I was totally numbed up, didn't feel the needles at all and was super pleased with the results of an Air clean. I booked my second appointment straight away and actually looked forward to more treatment and again I felt totally comfortable.
