I attended an appointment to check a supernumerary teeth and Dr. Bansil and the Dental Nurse Lorena Oliveira were simply fantastic. They analysed my case, performed a radiograph and promptly explained everything I needed to know. I had an excelent experience they are both brilliant.
A very welcoming environment with helpful and kind staff. I was seen by Dr Puja Rathour for a filling and she was brilliant i will be booking with her again in future. She was very friendly and walked me through everything i needed to know for my teeth and the filling, it went smoothly and with absolutely no pain. Overall a good experience and no problem with waiting times
Always had a great experience at this practice. They have always done their utmost to fit me or my family in if we have needed emergency dental care. Both Dr Jacob and Dr Birdi have provided exceptional care, always patient and supportive, discussing all the available options and providing excellent treatment.

Review for Dr. Puja Rathor Title: Rushed, Judgmental, and a Waste of Time - Do Not Recommend ⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5 stars) I had an emergency visit for a decayed wisdom tooth and saw Dr. Puja Rathor, as my usual dentist was unavailable. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The appointment started with a 25-minute wait with no apology or explanation. Once in the chair, the examination felt incredibly rushed. Dr. Rathor did a quick assessment of my decay, didn't even complete the X-ray, and immediately jumped to a conclusion. She correctly identified that I needed a filling (which I already knew was the reason for my visit), but then proceeded to lecture me about my dental hygiene, stating I needed to book an appointment with the hygienist. I have previously declined free cleaning offers from other dentists due to personal concerns about enamel damage, a valid choice based on research and anecdotal evidence from others. Dr. Puja Rathor was dismissive of this and her manner came across as arrogant and judgmental, not helpful or educational. The entire interaction felt fake, like she was following a script to upsell services rather than genuinely addressing my immediate concern. The combination of the long wait, incomplete exam, and condescending tone made for a terrible visit. I will never see this dentist again. All dentists are certainly not the same, and I strongly recommend you look for a more professional and empathetic one.
All the staff at Coventry Road Dental Care are always polite, always doing things at the patients pace and never ever rushing an appointment. Always have time to listen and make sure I never feel pressured into something I don't want to do. I've been coming for a few years now and I can honestly say that they're the best dentist I have ever been to. The previous dentist wasn't't as polite and respectful as these members of staff. I can honestly say hands down I have never had a bad experience here.
Just travelled 8 miles in dreadful wintry conditions for my appointment to be told the dentist was running at least 40 minutes late. This is not acceptable. Why couldn’t someone have telephoned to tell me. Less than impressed with this service
Standards have dropped. Been coming years Dr Deol is amazing and has always given exceptional service, he now only works 1 day. I had to reschedule my appointment and see another dentist as I had some sporadic pain so took precaution before flying out. Waddah Salman saw me spent 5 mins and said I was good to go, I mentioned the regular check up and said this was an emergency appointment I mentioned it was rescheduled, he wasn't having any of it, very abrupt and rude.
After 6/7 years of not going to the dentist (after a painful, confusing and all around negative experience) one of my back teeth broke, and I wasn't able to put it off any longer. All the dentists around me (Enderby/Narborough area) refused to take me on as an NHS patient, even with referrals from the 111 service. I called several dentists every morning for a fortnight and no one would even contemplate seeing me for months, if at all. So, I decided to look a bit further afield, and Coventry Road were happy to give me an almost immediate appointment! My tooth is now fixed with a crown and the entire experience was amazing. I have severe anxiety in general, and on top of that was incredibly nervous that my 2 hour long crown prep appointment would be 2 hours of pain, and that I'd quit halfway through, ending up worse off than when I went in. But, I felt absolutely nothing, and the dentist and dental nurse were so reassuring and patient with me. I also didn't feel patronised or looked down on for being an NHS patient. I could probably write another couple of paragraphs about the great communication, kindness and patience of the people who saw me. I'm very happy that I discovered this dentist, even though it's 30 minutes further away than my previous one. I am even *almost* looking forward to my next check-up in 6 months! (Side note: it's not affiliated with the dentist at all, but there is also a leisure centre less than 2 minutes' walk away that offers free parking. Just don't forget to input your number plate in to the ticket machine.)
After many bad experiences with dentist my anxiety levels were so high, today i had my first treatment and all i can say is how fantastic the dentist was and also the dental nurse who was there, i have a very bad fear of dentist today i was reassured they are not all the same. I will continue to use this surgery from now onwards
