   I had to have a tooth extraction and I was very stressed and anxious about the procedure. The staff were very supportive and helpful to me and when I asked for a stress ball, one of the staff appeared from their other duties and very kindly held my hand throughout. I felt much more relaxed knowing I was in safe hands. A big thanks to all the team for being very kind.

   At the age of 80 I have had numerous experiences at Dental Practices across the country. Whilst I fully appreciate there have been dramatic improvements to the availability of improved methods Lady Bay Dental Care is the best I have experienced. The moment you walk into the reception you are greeted in an excellent manner. The dentist and the hygienist have enabled a long lasting gum problem to improve beyond what I expected through their talking through what I need to do each day coupled with the treatment I have received. I have been treated at all times to improve the health of my teeth and gums as they understand how vital it is to our general health. I cannot fault any of those who deal with you! Thank You

   I've been at Lady Bay for several years now and they've given me quality care throughout various treatments. The team is super friendly and always put me at ease. My dentist always talks me transparently through pros and cons of different options, any potential risks, and the costs, so I feel able to make well informed decisions. The practise itself is spotlessly clean and very well presented, and it's in an accessible location.

   Fantastic dental practice. I am sometimes nervous about visiting the dentist but the dentist is super friendly and welcoming. I also saw the hygienist and now have super sparkly teeth I can be proud of. The surgery is nice to visit and always seen on time. Reuben aged 13.

   I always have a positive experience at The Lady Bay Dental Practice. A pleasant greeting fom the receptionists and expert care from the dentists and hygienists. I was in the capable gentle hands of Annie and Helia today and my appointment ran smoothly. They always give helpful advice to keep teeth and gums in tip top condition. I had a favourable feedback today having followed Annie's instructions from my last appointment. Definite improvements. They give good advice and also listen to what we have to say too. I particularly appreciate how gentle Annie is having had brutal experiences in the past. Thanks to you all!

   Just like Lyn Dyer’s previous review, I too felt a sense of anguish when I heard the practice was being taken over. I’d been with them for years and was worried it would change beyond recognition. How wrong could I have been. The new owners and staff are wonderfully kind, caring and sincere.

   As a new patient I have had a check up, hygiene cleaning and some treatment with the dentist. From start to finish the service and care has been excellent. The practice is clean and all the staff are welcoming and polite, I was put at ease immediately. Highly recommended.

   I was very anxious when my previous dentist said he was selling up as knowing and having trust in my dentist is really important to me. I can honestly say that since the practice has been taken over I have very quickly built up that trust and relationship with everyone in the surgery, from the reception staff, dental nurses, dentists and hygienist and that is all down to their approach. Everyone is so friendly, empathic, kind and incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I already have complete confidence in the surgery and that is quite incredible in such a short space of time. I am having dental work done ready for surgery and it is really daunting but both dentists have been outstanding in their approach, explanation of what is needed and why and have shown real empathy and person centred care. The surgery is always very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dentist.
