   I have to say that Preeya is the best dentist I have ever had. Just had a filling done, like most people I am not a big fan of the dentist but Preeya put me at ease straight away and is always explaining every procedure if there was going to be any noise, vibration or water. Asking all the time if I am alright with everything. Preeya and Abham were both very professional and Preeya went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with my filling, checking my bite time and again until she was happy with it. Would recommend Preeya and Bupa Dental Care West Bridgford to everyone

   I've been here a couple of times at this point and it's always been a smooth experience and everybody's been beyond kind every time be it for a check-up, a cleaning, a filling or an extraction. The receptionists get you in and through to the waiting area without any hassle and I enjoy the time I can spend downstairs to take a breath before going up to see the dentist or the hygenist. My dentist has been Preeya and I always aim to get an appointment with her specifically as she's extremely understanding and patient with me. Each step is explained before it occurs, each noise is pre-warned and it makes the experience a little easier to cope with as I'm not great with medical procedures in general. I've had a bit of a snag with my wisdom tooth where there was an issue with the root and she'd been meticulous to make sure that future issues were minimised as much as possible, leading to a very easy recovery period. Most of all, I appreciate her continued understanding in my quirks to try and keep myself at ease and her for taking occasional breaks here and there because I have no clue I need them until I'm actually given them. The dental nurses are also highly recommended - just recently I've had a filling done through Preeya with Adham assisting and he helped to smooth the process a lot. There wasn't too many requests for adjustments and he was very quick for the curing process on the filling which I think helped in getting me out sooner and as much as I appreciate the work they do, I did enjoy the fact I got out fairly quick :) Not only that, he'd been very perceptive when there was some water spray and dried it off, which definitely made me feel and be more comfortable, as it definitely would've been distracting otherwise. If there's a need to cancel the appointment for unforseen issues, the staff are very good at giving the heads up and if there's issues with payments or assistance required, they've been very helpful in this area as well. The treatment plans are always broken down and you have a good forecast of what might happen in the future. I feel quite safe and secure in their hands regarding any work that will inevitably need to be done in the future and am continously grateful for the fact everybody I've met has been beyond accomodating to me, would definitely recommend them as a place for any of your dental needs :)

   Can't fault the caring and professional service offered by Preeya and her nurse Bayleigh. Always calm and reassuring putting you at ease and making the whole experience less traumatic than it could be. Amalgam filling replaced with shiny white one.

   My visit today was for two fillings, one in my wisdom tooth. Jakub makes you feel so at ease and discusses and shows you everything about your treatment. The dental nurse, Marion, works wonderfully with him as a great team.

   I saw Adam Larke and his assistant Naf for my Invisalign treatment and a tricky tooth extraction. They were both fantastic especially during the 30min extraction, talking me through each step with reassurance and always making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Thankfully it came out without further complications and has healed well. I was also very pleased with the Invisalign process, Adam using a very impressive mouth scanner that was done in minuets, I was fully expecting to have moulds taken which I was slightly dreading. Again the whole process was great and I'm currently on the 2nd aligner with no issues thus far and have liaised with Adam to discuss how its going. A++

   After being a NHS patient at this practice for 20 I received a letter saying the will no longer treating NHS patients. I spoke to a practice manager about my options which was a monthly dental plan with a £10 admin fee to set it up or pay as you go but I was shocked when I was given the prices and the practice manager replied well we are at West Bridgford. I wouldn't recommend this practice unless you want to ripped off because the practice is West Bridgford.

   I worked here in the late 80s/90s when it was NHS. My career took off and I moved to Manchester. However I told my mum to go here. She needed new teeth, she was a proud women & took pride in her appearance. She called me & said they’re not listening to what I want. I don’t want big teeth etc. I said make sure u tell them on next visit as they are just in wax and can be changed. Next visit she said she couldn’t listen. Made her feel she was in the wrong and had no idea how her teeth should be!! When she got them they were horrendous, I traveled down and said I would come with her. As I said to the “rude” dentist. U see a patient every 6 months. The patient knows their mouth how the teeth should look as they look at it daily. U cannot change the size & position just cos u think it’s best. This is not my mum. They are far to big like horse teeth! The care and genuine passion of the staff had disappeared, it seemed all money Orientated, get them in and out. Yes the government have a lot to answer for but the rudeness the lack of empathy is down to the staff, private/nhs it doesn’t matter. That should always be the first thing from entering the surgery.

   Appalling levels of customer care, arrogant and rude receptionists, poor dental treatment. Has been impossible to get an NHS appointment for two years or so and now existing NHS patients must go private. Why pay more for the same shoddy treatment from the same unprofessional team? Go somewhere else!

   When you have a life changing accident and loose your jaw teeth and most of the bones in your face and hospital discharges you after 2 years of restorative surgery into the care of your dentist for constant treatment, you are then told while sitting in the chair that you need so much work done as an emergency but they can't do it because this was in the middle of the first covid, then two and a half years later you're still waiting for an appointment and ring up for an emergency appointment because you can no longer eat bite and chew food . Only now you find out your dentist has gone totally private and kicked out all their NHS patients, it is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful when you can go nowhere else for help and cannot afford private treatment. Shame on them. And reading the replies from upset patients you can see the stock cut and pasted rely to them all. I'm waiting to see if I get the same reply which will show they don't care about their patients at all.

   Absolutely disgusted! Haven’t been able to get an appointment for my children in two years because of “Covid backlog” and now told that they are no longer seeing NHS patients so we’ve been effectively kicked out and no longer have a dentist!!! And to top it off, had to find this out myself by calling (yet again) to try and book an appointment. Thanks for the patient care (not)! A letter telling us would of been nice. Awful, just awful.
