The receptionist Georgia pleasant and polite very professional not just to me but to others aswel very informative on treatment plans overall was lovely experience also the treatment given to my son in his own words top tear mr jackson
I recently visited this dental clinic with my daughter, and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with our experience. Our dentist, was quite unfriendly, which surprised me. It was the first time I encountered a dentist with such a cold attitude toward children. I have worked with many dentists myself, so I know what a positive and supportive approach should look like. Additionally, the filling my daughter received has fallen out four times already. I understand that fillings on baby teeth can come out more easily, but certainly not this frequently. It is very frustrating and concerning. Not to mention any stickers for the child to encourage them to visit the dentist.
Quite simply the best dentist I have had. I travel from Mansfield to be at this dentist, they are that ghood. Friendly staff, excellent dentist who tells you every step of the way what is happening so you are always at ease. Fantastic work guys, bravo!!!

Efficient and friendly service. Appointment time drifted by twenty minutes but probably due to something earlier in the morning. So lucky still to have an NHS dentist.
