Manju is so patient with me & very gentle. Both of them throughout any visit I have constantly reassure me & keep asking if I'm OK- never rushing. I hate going to the dentist a bad experience when I was young put me in dred of attending, but I have been at Queens now for a few years and fine all the staff very helpful. My dentist Jamillah make me feel relaxed and at ease. Her work is second to none. I met Karen my new hygienist for the first time all I can say is Wow! My teeth feel so clean I don't thing there's any place she didn't clean. What a service. (Still Don't like going through) Karen Fisher
My dentist moved to this practice before Christmas,. As I have an infection on my tooth I tried to book a n emergency appointment ( to be a private patient) but can’t get past the receptionist!!
I used to feel anxious about going to the dentist and would avoid going. I was recommended to Dr Janjua 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back. He made me feel at ease and has made going to the dentist less daunting. The condition of my teeth and gums has improved so much that I am now able to smile without feeling conscious. When Dr Janjua moved to new practice, I went to. The facilities at the practice are excellent and have taken all the Covid precautions, I feel very safe and in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr Janjua and this practice for a 5 star service
Not the most relaxed patient when it comes to dental visits but from the moment I walked through the door to the second I left I have never felt so well looked after. The dentist was friendly, welcoming and most importantly patient! They provided me with all sorts of treatment options to find the one I'd be most comfortable with and made sure I was 100% happy before booking anything in. Couldn't ask for better service, staff or practice as a whole, absolutely spot on. Thanks guys!
Ive moved to the practice almost a year ago, I always been ever so apprehensive of dentists in general, however since I've been to queens road dental care, my dentist and his nurse made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much for them. Obviously when you have an emergency you aren't guarantee to see your designated dentist, but they are all a great bunch of people and they all do care for their patients, no doubt! I highly recommend!!!
I was a bit apprehensive, but the dentist I saw put me at ease straightaway. She now looks after my wife and 2 sons, and her professionalism is exceptional. I had a filling yesterday, and felt no pain at all, and it looks just like my other teeth. She takes her time and does amazing work. You will need to book in advance, as she gets booked up very quickly - sign of a good dentist! Thank you Queens Road Dental for employing one of the best.
