   This is my first time visiting a dentist in around ten years so I was feeling very nervous. I haven't been in so long because I could never find a dentist here I felt comfortable at and then because my teeth were getting worse and worse I felt to embarrassed to even try and find one in the end. I had Victoria and Dr Jan (sorry if I got your names wrong) and they both made me feel at ease straight away and very comfortable. I will be going back in a few months for another checkup.

   A very unprofessional experience. The dentist felt rushed, and more occupied directing the untrained assistant in tooth categories. I have never had pains in my teeth, but after a rough clean, my back tooth has been hurting since. Thankfully I have found a local professional dentist to hopefully help with the pain since visiting. Never again will I get a Groupon dentist. Lesson learnt.

   First of all,there is just one word to describe this clinic,amazing! I definitely recommend this clinic,the dentists,clinic,the staff was imacculate. I came here just for 3 days for composite bonding and the results were even better than expected,my teeth was just the way i wanted it to be and this happened just in 3 days.The staff is wonderful,there is no need to worry about language barrier as they have so many international staff that give you the best customer service.If you want the performance results,this is the clinic for you . Once again thank you to everyone at Dentspa it was a wonderful experience!!

   Avoid this dentist! Very expensive. Missed my tooth infection on 3 visits. Lack of care, incompetent and over charges extortionately. -Was booked in here as I was having alot of pain in a tooth. Dentist checked it, and xrayed it and told me nothing was wrong, just a bit of tooth grinding at night and try to sell me a £300 mouth guard. I went back twice and was told it was fine. I was in so much pain, I got an emergency appointment at another dentist in Nottingham and they told me straight away I had a tooth infection(abscess) and it needed to have either a root canal or extraction. So I went back to Dentaspa and told them they missed the infection. He checked again and finally agreed that it's infected... He then told me he hasn't done many root canals but he can "give it a go" but it'll cost me almost £1000 in total. Not to mention that I've already had 3 visits at Dentspa where they missed the infection on every visit and charged alot for doing nothing. On the last and final visit here after I told them that it's definitely infected, they charged me £50 just to give me a letter to get antibiotics, which I then had to go and purchase at the pharmacy. This place is a joke. The dentist can't confidently perform a root canal, over charges extortionately (I had NO work done here and they still charged me hundreds). Useless and incompetent. I went and had the root canal, several xrays, crown and 3 fillings done the next month at 7 Dental in Nottingham and it all cost under £300 for everything. Thank god I went somewhere else and didn't stick with this "dentist". If I had listened to him then the infection would have spread and could have become a lot worse. It's also very difficult to get booked in here, having to wait over a month to be seen, not because they're busy, but because there's one dentist who apparently doesn't work many hours a week. Avoid this dentist at all costs! Very, very expensive. The dentist clearly isn't trained to any normal standard. My situation could have resulted in myself being in a and e with an awful large infection, which can be very dangerous, all because of this dentists incompetence, lack of patient care and for giving me wrong information and results. All whilst charging me hundreds for not doing his job. Useless. Do not go here! I've considered reporting this dentist and practice. I'd highly recommend Seven Dental in Nottingham. Booked in the very next week and since I've had 4 appointments all of which have been great and very inexpensive, especially for the amount of work I've had done.

   Dr Jan is very professional, he actually saved my tooth from extraction. I was told by several dentist I need to have extraction. However, dr Jan found a way and saved my tooth by having a root canel done instead. Thanks alot.

   I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Jan for the brilliant job done over the past 8 months to restore my teeth to their former glory with the help of implants. It was a difficult procedure in my case and I had been told by a previous implantologist it couldn’t be done. From my first consultation I felt confident putting my mouth in his professional hands. Staff very welcoming which made me feel at ease on every visit. Would highly recommend
