RB1 performed an end of tenancy clean for me. They were easy to communicate with, were able to fit it in on short notice and did a SUPER job! Completely transformed the property from a horrible mess to basically brand new! Will definitely use again!
I have used this company a couple of times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My carpets are pristine every time and they take so much care and attention. Last time I used them I’d had my tiles done in the entrance hallway and they couldn’t really be stepped on, there were no huffs or grumble he just got on with it even though I’d made his job awkward. Will use every year for my carpets.

Roman did a great job for me after tenants trashed a house. He painted the whole house and cleaned it to get it ready for new tenants. He was realistic about what he could do at various price points so you had a choice of how much to spend. He has a lot of experience sorting out landlords properties and I would recommend him. RB1 cleaners has done end of tenancy cleaning. The apartment is was terrible dirty and neglected by previous tenants. Now it looks like new. Clean carpets and oven. Everything sparkling with cleanliness. Additionally, they changed the silicone in the bathtub and shower cabin. Great service
