My stepson flew in for a funeral and his suit was too crumpled to wear. Finishing Touch turned it around by pressing it beautifully in 24 hours. Super service and very pleased.
Pretty unimpressed - I left my wedding dress with them for a (very expensive) clean - the sleeve of the wedding dress was damaged during cleaning, with beading being pulled off and the beads lost. The lady offered me £10 off the £250 clean (which frankly was insulting when considering they had damaged a £2500 dress) - I asked them wasn't there more then could do (hoping they may offer to source some new beeds and fix it as they are a seamstress service, or offer proper compensation for me to get it mended) and I was told the manager would contact me in the new year, they never did. I would not recommend trusting them with expensive gowns.

Bought 2 pairs of expensive silk curtains off facebook, very disappointed when they arrived as they were really filthy. Didn't know whether to throw them or keep them. Kept them, just got them back from Finishing Touch and they are absolutely beautiful. Wonderful dry cleaners. Many thanks, R

I have used finishing touch for years, even since moving further away i still make the trip there for my dry cleaning. Never once been let down even when i turn up and need my clothing back asap! David and the team are always polite, helpful and trustworthy and will always always go out of there way to get your dry cleaning done for deadlines, parking is also easy! Recently i forgot my dry cleaning needed collecting as i was due to travel early the next morning, i sent an email to Finishing Touch out of hours in the hope someone would still be in and pick up emails, David replied to say he would go in and open up and do what he could to get my clothes back to me and he did just that, phenomenal, i simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Bob.
Excellent service! I needed a quick turnaround but my dry cleaning was ready even sooner than I expected. David was friendly, accommodating and provided a very good quality service. I would highly recommend.
