Rang to check they had a large drum machine to take a double bed topper. The lady was very helpful, told to come down-so no wasted journey. All washed and dried. Lovely staff and a clean environment, definitely recommend.
I used this company to clean a duvet. I used the drop off and clean service. When I collected this and opened the duvet from the packaging, it was clearly not cleaned at all. I took it back and the staff inspected it and confirmed it hadn’t been cleaned. They said they would clean it again. I have collected this for a second time and again it’s not been cleaned but simply wrapped up in packaging. I am unsure why this is being done as twice is no mixup. I wouldn’t recommend this company for a drop and pickup service. I paid £16 for the clean and it’s not worth my time to get back again for them to rectify for a third time.
First time here last Friday. The woman working there was lovely, she helped me with the washing machine. We chatted and I felt really welcomed. It was clean, well run and inviting. This will aways be my launderette of choice when I need one again.
Was in a bit of a bind while working on the road but Claire took care of us. Great service, very helpful and welcoming!
