Matt does an excellent job in a difficult situation (dog vomit, dog urine due to ageing dog on cream carpets). He is a regular visitor. Tried other companies before Chem-Dry. Would not change.
Job done this morning by Matt and looking good so far. He was very knowledgable and offered extra advice for future reference eg re moths, marks due to condensation coming through floor from downstairs room, mould on back furniture when moved. Had my carpets cleaned today. I am amazed how clean they have come up. Nothing was too much trouble Matt was a gentleman who came was so professional. Would definitely use them again. I have used other companies before and now realise they were a waste of money. My carpets have come up like new.
