I have went to this dentist for many years even before they moved to this new building, I see Dentist Stephanie now and she is fantastic. She puts you at ease straight away, she is very chatty and pleasant. I hate needles and she always takes time to make sure I am ok before proceeding with any work, I would definitely recommend her.
I have always had a phobia of dentists since I was very young after having a bad experience. But after a visit at Bankhouse Dental Care Airdrie my fears are a thing of the past now. On arrival the receptionist was aware of my fear but she put me at ease straight away and I felt a lot better. My dentist Mr Ryan Weir also made me feel at ease as well and I wasn't nervous at all. He explained in depth everything regarding my dental treatment. He is fantastic at what he does. I would highly recommend Bankhouse Dental Care Airdrie they are very polite, professional and do a fantastic job.
I made an appointment to see Principal Dentists Iain Maudsley about Dental implants as my Practice does not do them . I have had many many consultations with dentists over the years and I must say I was very very impressed with him. His examination was thorough but relaxed Not only is he a great communicator through description and diagrams but his quiet gentle professional manner made me feel relaxed and confident in him. Also he did not try to convince me that implants were the best or only way to go but outlined all the options available to me both privately and through the NHS with my own dentists. I strongly recommend him to anyone thinking about having implants done.
Started off visiting Ryan for my check ups and recently also got my teeth whitened and he was amazingly knowledgeable and indepth on how best I could care for my oral health. From the warm greeting from the reception staff to the friendly dentists and dental nurses it really is a place that makes you feel comfortable. Cant rate Bankhouse highly enough.
