“I took ill with a water infection when staying at my daughter’s home. She had been rushed into A and E the previous evening and I was looking after her 1 year and 3 year old. The receptionist was very helpful, as I live in England I needed to get a temporary residence form. About two hours later, a lovely doctor phoned and told me that he had written out a prescription for antibiotics and I could pick it up immediately .
