    Can't fault the service provided from beginng to end. Graeme was so friendly and helpful when organising dates for the cleaning. On the day Paul and Kieran turned up. They were both very efficient and did a great job with cleaning the carpets. One room had many stains after 2 years of a student living in. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks like new.     Sad story involving a poorly dog and a blood stained hall carpet... I'll spare the details, but our misery was compounded when I found out my insurance didn't cover accidental damage. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly.
