Carpets have came up fantastically clean. I thought it was fit for the bin to be honest with 2 dogs and a new baby throwing food everywhere. They have a new life! So quick, friendly and professional. Will definitely book again.

Not only were they able to accommodate my last-minute request, but they did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my home. We used Glasgow cleaning specialists for an end of tenancy cleaning in Glasgow. They we're very prompt in responding, excellent communication throughout and we are very happy with the results. We'll definitely use them again in the future. We got our deposit back. There are no issues at all. Highly recommend.
Booked in for an end of tenancy clean- cleaners didn’t even do the basics never mind the deep clean that was listed in the description. This resulted in money being taking off our deposit as letting agents had to re-hire someone else. Paid £175 for this service - waste of money! Company weren’t understanding. * Company did offer to re clean but landlord didn’t trust them to do a good enough job so didn’t allow them to come back- which is understandable.
- Avoid - We booked the End of tenancy clean to eliminate the chances of money being taken off our deposit for cleaning (flat was always kept clean so basic stuff such as windows/dust/oven). However the cleaners didn’t even do half a job as when the home report came practically everything needed cleaned. We paid £175 for this service and now out of pocket as letting agents had to hire someone else. Company did offer to come back and re clean but of course as the keys are handed in it is up to the landlord to decide in which they said no as they can’t trust them to do a good job which is understandable. Cleaning company couldn’t offer any more help or even some reimbursement for the £175 service that wasn’t carried out.
