Hello, My neighbour was elderly and didn’t know how to take photos on her phone and send to you. She clearly needs this issue addressed as you can quite clearly see the areas where the dog has done the toilet in the living room by standing and looking. I would think that an Industrial cleaner would be able to remove urine from a carpet?
