Even then the hotel couldn't locate the dropped off items, there was instant communication with Dr. Laundry at 9pm to help find them. All was sorted as the hotel mixed up where they stored it. “First time using this service so was a bit unsure but with a huge ironing bundle due to holidays & picking up a new puppy someone else doing the ironing seemed a great idea. From first contact to arrange a collection to our clothes etc being returned was excellent. We had t-shirts, tops (45 items) plus duvet, pillowcases, and 9 shirts which were all brought back on hangers & all items grouped & covered. Can not fault the workmanship at all, all was done to a high standard. Emails sent to let me know when collection & drop off driver was on the way. Paid online once work was completed. The gentleman who collected & returned the ironing was very pleasant. All in all a great service & I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Had to wash 3 bulky mattress toppers. Went in & the woman (didn't catch her name) was very helpful, sorted out our machines and then our dryers. 2 toppers in one large machine (£10 total), 1 in another (£7 total) then into tumble dryers which were a couple of quid total. 45 minutes to wash & maybe 15 minutes to dry, would very much use again. Parking is a little difficult as it's in the main road but railway parking is close by.”
