He went out of his way to be helpful and came the ne t day with his colleague who was also absolutely lovely. “Where to start! Phoned up and spoke to Cameron who was extremely helpful and polite, he explained that Phil would be coming out. We had a few marks on the carpet from general use, when Phil arrived he said he couldn’t guarantee the removal but they would come up better than they were.
