   Chris did a great job cleaning my stairs and landing carpet. From first contact he was very professional with excellent communication. He was knowledgeable about his trade, used good products, was clean and tidy and respected my property. When I’ve had carpets cleaned previously, I haven’t seen much difference but the improvement was noticeable after Chris’ cleaning.    Wow, wow, wow - that’s really all I need to say after Chris from FamilySafe Carpet Cleaning visited this morning to clean our living and dining room carpets. Having owned a large dog, the carpet was beginning to show overall areas of everyday discolouration, especially in high traffic areas. Chris arrived promptly as arranged and set to work immediately, Just over 2 hours later, you would think we had had a new carpet fitted - it came up so clean, with renewed “tufts” where the areas had been trodden down. No chemical smells, no soppy carpet underfoot. A couple of hours later, the furniture is back in place and the rooms look amazing! Highly recommend FamilySafe Carpet Cleaning if you are looking for a professional, effective company to spruce up your carpets!

   WOW, I must say I never expected my carpet to come up so well and stay looking fresh and clean and with the bounce back in the carpet, unlike when I'd used a rug doctor the carpet was grubby again in days and never felt the same..... Chris is such a lovely young man, very professional and works so hard. He is very thorough and contentious about his work and your home.    I live in higher Bebington and needed my lounge, stairs and landing carpet cleaning. Chris came and cleaned them using pet safe cleaning products as I have cats. Turned up on time and did an excellent job and took time to explain his process and the best ways for me to make my carpets stay clean for longer. Highly recommend!

   Chris came and basically deep cleaned my whole house in a day! Just moved in and all mystery stains have been removed from the carpet, rug and couch are like new after being in storage and he even gave a go to cleaning our blinds (and did an awesome job) he worked so hard, I'm so impressed with his service!
