“From the initial call with Mark I knew i had found the right company to clean my carpets after having shopped around and spoken to several companies who appeared decidedly dodgy! Mark was different he provided the quote, which was far cheaper than previous quotes, we arranged a day to suit me and he kept me informed throughout the process. It was Mike who actually came to clean the carpets and he was amazing - the way he tackled the job astounded me … he was like a machine !!
