I had my oven cleaned by Dan at oven envy today, he turned up on time, was very polite and professional. The oven looks like new it’s that clean, it looks fantastic. He cleaned up after himself and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Highly recommend
Great service! Dan arrived exactly when he said he would-down to the exact minute. Really professional and friendly, made a brilliant job of cleaning my oven and microwave. Highly recommend taking out a plan, I have gone for 3 items, every six months which can be chosen on the day, for only £18 per month. Great job, like new again! Thank you.
Dissapointed- paid for a rubbish clean 4 items and not quite 15 minutes per item. Cancelled my subscription as 2nd time I had to complain. Don't think they understand when we work hard to pay for a service a treat to clean items, when its not right we should be able to complain

We had mike to come and clean our oven and hob. What a nice chap. Clean and tidy in his work. He even replaced our oven bulb free of charge. He was keen on covid rules too. Highly recommend him and the company I've even booked for the regular clean. Oven looks like new. Well done mike.
I recently had my oven, top grill and dishwasher cleaned with oven envy, after the engineer left, I gave my oven an inspection of what I thought would be a really good job. I paid £99 for the service and found it to be quite. I emailed the office with a picture of the dirt and bits of food etc that were still inside and followed this by a telephone call. The lady who answered was understanding and put me in touch with the manager. The manager had asked for MORE pictures. Like the one I had send wasn't good enough! So I sent across more pictures as requested. This was the response I got from the branch manager Mark Lowe "I understand your frustration at the minor detail we have missed" he went on to ask my availability for someone to return. That was the 31st March 2021, I replied straight away and I have not heard a thing since. I have also signed up to one of the payment plans. I have wrote this review as whilst Mark may think not having my oven clean to a satisfactory standard and taking close to £100 of my hard earned cash is "MINOR" I myself do not! I think he is very rude in his response and will today be emailing him to tell him not to bother sending anyone back and to cancel any plan I signed up for. I run 2 companies myself and if I treated my customers this way I would not have any! My son who has used them will also not be using this company again either! If I could of rated zero stars I would of........... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
