   Just had competent cleaners in to clean my two and three seater suite. Got to say I did not think I would be getting them cleaned before Christmas but he came within a few days of calling. Customer service was excellent and Chap was very polite and courteous and has cleaned up both suites perfectly (they are like new again!). He was only here for 1.5 hours-was expecting all morning to be taken up. This was very good value for money and I will be calling on them again. Keep up the good work!!!

   From the initial call with Mark I knew i had found the right company to clean my carpets after having shopped around and spoken to several companies who appeared decidedly dodgy! Mark was different he provided the quote, which was far cheaper than previous quotes, we arranged a day to suit me and he kept me informed throughout the process. It was Mike who actually came to clean the carpets and he was amazing - the way he tackled the job astounded me … he was like a machine !! Didn’t stop till the job was done and done properly, making sure I was happy with progress before moving on to the next room. I have no hesitation in recommending Competent carpets honest reliable and trustworthy…. Unlike some of the ‘chancers’ around at the moment who have literally thousands of reviews …. But dig deep and it’s clear the others aren’t being honest, and I was almost taken in by them. Competent Carpets are the guys to trust !!

   Extremely happy with service and result! Had our whole house done plus some stain removal, and the carpets look brilliant now.    Mark has done an absolutely first class job on our very grubby cream sofas, he's left them like new. Likewise with our family room carpet. I won't go anywhere else for my carpet snd upholstery cleaning, in future. First class job, deffinately recommend Mark and Competent Cleaners.

   Could only see how grubby it was once it the cleaning had been started. 10/10 would recommend. Great value. I know everything is going up in price but this was 10 times cheaper than buying a new couch and honestly it looks like new again.
