“We were served by Erin today and she couldn’t do more to help us, she went around the shop about 10 times trying to find the exact shoes we wanted and she was very helpful! She was amazing, and lovely to talk too, making our visit to Dr Martens one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had.”

“Took my sons bike in to get the brakes checked and fixed. The young lad on the bike desk was super helpful and did a great with the bike. In and out in 10 minutes, all fixed and adjusted free of charge. Thanks for a great service. Wish I’d got the lads name to give him a personal mention.”

“Bought a couple of T-shirt’s for my son who has sensory issues with clothes. Apart from being being 100%-80% cotton they also feel very smooth although slightly expensive to what I’d normally buy. But very worth it. The staff were attentive, but also very soft music on the background was so relieving. Makes a change from the other busy shops and yet blasting your eardrums off.”
