Naz helped us at the Cheshire Oaks branch at Mamas and Papas. We were looking at prams and car seats and Naz was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all our questions. We really appreciated all of her help! There’s a good range of prams and it’s helpful being to try them all out in the store.
I'm unsure what has happened but I have previously shopped in Mama's and Papa's in your store before the relocation which was a positive and enjoyable. Returned yesterday to be met by Molly who I have to say was nothing but rude condescending and couldn't be bothered to help me. She even told me you don't stock baby papooses because she couldn't be bothered to ask me what I meant. I felt unwelcome Molly certainly didn't want me to ask any questions or to serve me I was below her. Not returning is definitely very different experience.
Had a great experience at Mamas and papa's Cheshire Oaks today with Siobhan. She was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and understood exactly our needs. Even went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best deal and making the most of all the offers in store. Absolutely fantastic.and also Emilie the store supervisor was incredibly helpful too. Will be back again and would 100% recommend. This store is great for all first time parents. That like us didn't know where to start.
With an order of over 3.5k for furniture, clothing, bedding and baby essentials to make our nursery complete we managed to buy everything we needed all in one place and also got given a £350 voucher to use within the next 12 months which will be useful! We ordered and built the 3x Franklin range (cot, wardrobe & chest of draws) and we found it nice and easy. We also ordered the occaro heritage 9 piece complete travel set which included the pram, carry cot, car seat, and a sit up chair complete with adapters, coffee cup and a heritage bear and bag of high quality. On top of all this we bought clothes from the mamas and papas range, and a variety of Tommy tippii bottles and sterilisers. Everything we have ordered is top quality and well worth the investment. Looks and feels like it’s built to last and all uk designed. All products with the pram bundle comes with warrantees and also very popular with mums & dads like me. Char & Sophie were the stars of the store especially with Sophie’s product knowledge, easy demonstrations to follow as she explains to us new parents and has a zero pressure approach to sell. She gave us plenty of time to mess around with the pram of choice, test it around the store, adapt it for my size 6ft 2” and my partners 5ft 1” hight. All in all a fantastic stress free experience and will 100% recommend this store as you’l only be paying once for the high quality but will be hooked as a returning customer. Shout out to the customer support team who helped me with my order correction and late final payment. Panther delivery team was great DHL delivery team fast and efficient too.
