My wife, our dogs and me visited Belstaff Cheshire Oaks on 15th and 18th September. I'm a huge fan of Belstaff and I wanted a jacket for winter use in the car. We were assisted by Joe and I ended up leaving the store with a shearling jacket. Joe was attentive, professional, personable and managed to mix it with a laugh and giving my dogs a fuss. He gave me solid advice on style, size and fit; my wife agreed with him, so he must've been right. We received absolutely sterling service from Joe and I recommend the Belstaff store at Cheshire Oaks without hesitation. Awesome place to shop and they're dog friendly.
What an experience, has the best customer service know to planet earth from Harvey, helped my wife and myself find some really nice items and didn’t make us feel out of place or judge us in anyway. The whole team that was there was phenomenal, David and Sian. Cant stress enough how much of an experience it was. Thank you all. You have just earned two customers for life

Took my dog Stan in and he made a mess with his ball - The staff couldn’t have been any nicer…..Very helpful and I got a new coat at great price. Perfect !
The staff here absolutely wonderful, they did everything they could for me today to find the right jacket for me. That included looking after and entertaining my little daughter Lily. Highly recommend calling in if your just looking or have something in particular in mind

Visited this store again today November 19 2019 after the complimentary re waxing and zip replacement and the coat looks like new again. I was so impressed again with bad back guy and his fellow manager as their care and attention to customer service is possibly the best I’ve ever received . I’ve now bought fashion jackets, padded motorbike wax jackets, Kevlar jeans and much more. Next is the stunning panther leather Coat. I mean it when I say these guys are brilliant and I will put them on my Christmas card list for sure. Thanks both April 2019 After visiting recently for my 6 th purchase the young man with severe back pain was simply amazing. Clearly in distress gave 100% attention to my son and I. Best service by far. My son loves his new leather jacket thank you guys Well again 12/2/20 went to see what we could purchase to add to our collection. Racheal and Rhys were on shift and recognised me and came to say hello. Asked about my small family and that makes such a difference to me to feel relaxed and comfortable about shops. Yes I bought another superb jacket. I was in store for 45 mins and thanks to Rach who when asked would she mind took the coat I was wearing and wiped a mark from it. It’s little things that make a difference Well done yet again
