   I've returned a pair of trainers as one of them started to come away from the sole. The other one was perfectly fine. Having bought them 4 weeks ago, they've been through extremely light use, therefore I believed it to be simply faulty. I received a replacement pair, but not without being told that I should be using "rain protection spray" - implying that it was my fault that said trainer fell apart (only one of the pairs). I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect a trainer to not melt in the few drops of rain it must have experienced in its short life, without purchasing any sort of extra protection. I didn't enjoy being patronised simply for exercising my consumer rights and returning a faulty product, never mind an apology for being sold it in the first place. I do not recommend this store as I found this customer experience very poor.

   Absolutely fab customer service I was helped by Sam and ciara, they were so patient and lovely when helping me find a pair of heels to match a new dress I had bought, they didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable as I did take a while to pick a pair, it was then a pair they had suggested that I ended up buying, would definitely recommend as the shoes are so comfy and look lovely as well as amazing service. So thank you again to ciara and Sam for all your help!
