Went in looking for jeans, had a whole section just for jeans and every single one was skinny? Who wears skinny jeans, poor selection of clothes also. For a huge shop you would think they'd have better selection wouldn't go here again

Went in Speke Retail Store tonight with a return I bought in Liverpool One. There was a bit of an issue with it but the manager sorted it out for me no problem. Really polite too and all while trying to train another girl on another till. Lovely woman.

Just gone into the changing rooms and must say these are one of the worst i have seen. If you are a fashion blogger do not go here as you cannot even look into the mirrors they are that filthy. I didnt bother to even try anything on they are that minty!

New look continues to maintain high street store standards throughout most of their stores. Upon todays visit I just wish I had received more help than was given. I visited the store with my daughter on her birthday to pick out an outfit. All covid guidelines where in place however due to changing rooms being closed my daughter was unable to try anything on. I asked 2 members of staff for their opinion on sizing of numerous items and was met with very unenthusiastic and unhelpful replies. I understand that staff are busy but this meant alot to my daughter and myself to get the sizes right on her special day. I would like to think that the staff member usually tasked with the changing rooms could now have access to a tailor's tape and some training on the ideal sizing of items. This would reduce returns and ensure higher customer satisfaction ratings across stores. I have yet to see any clothing store take this approach and yet it's such a simple and cost effective idea.

Located inside the new Mersey retail park, This store is always clean and tidy and usually plenty of parking right outside. The store is always well stocked with each item in multiple sizes. The staff have always been helpful and friendly and sometimes you can get some good deals when sales are on etc
