She was amazing, and lovely to talk too, making our visit to Dr Martens one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had.”

“I walked in with my partner on Friday afternoon looking for Chinos. He was fed up as everywhere we had been they didn't have his size. The assistant straight away found his size in two different pairs and chose a shirt for him. He was so pleased we were only in there 15 minutes and he was sorted. “Another great visit to our favorite store. I was a bit disappointed however, we decided to travel 45 minute drive as emails from Cheshire oaks stated All Saints were applying 30% discount and my wife had seen a jacket the previous week so we decided to return and buy. Upon arrival the store was advertising 20% off anything with a sticker. I asked a member of staff who explained (I think) that the 20% discount did apply to anything with a sticker (roughly half the stock), but the 30% only applied to made for outlet (MFO) items if they had a sticker. I explained this was not made clear on the Cheshire Oaks emails I received about the upcoming sales event, the email simply stated 30% off All Saints outlet prices (not uncommon at all saints) but I was just told the store had no control over the McCarthur Glen communications ? The difference in % saving was only about £10 and my wife is over the moon with another quality item from our favorite brand, just slightly disappointing in the disconnect between what we were promised on the emails to what we actually got. Will still continue to spend lots in this store, but hope the issue gets resolved so any future notifications regarding sales events are accurate and unambiguous.”
