“We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. I couldn't fit them all in my hand luggage and an offer was made to post them to me. Amazing service as they arrived within 2 days.
