“i come out of this store with bags every visit as the store has a wide variety of clothes and sizes to suit everyone i would recommend this store. The stores staff are cheerful and engaging it is hard to shop at a store who look you in the eye when serving you.”

“We visited here to try and get our son a pair of shoes for school. After a quick look around a young man well maybe not so young offered his assistance. He measured my sons feet and then started to look for a suitable pair. I must say he was very friendly and very helpful as well as offering great chat. Top marks that man your help resulted in a sale and at £25 they did not break the bank. Thank you.”

“Staff was super helpful. My youngest daughter loves fashion and the staff interacted with her which she loved and wants to go back. She is only 10 so the attention they gave her made her day. Kids are often overlooked in the shops so this was a great way to show her attention as a customer”

“I went into Style World looking for a dress for an event. I had no idea what I was looking for but when I explained my situation the owner, Caroline, couldn’t have been more helpful. She encouraged me to try on a variety of outfits and was very honest on the ones which suited me best. Caroline also helped by suggesting matching accessories and alternatives on how to wear the dress I choose. Since the event I have had many people comment on how much the dress and colour suited me. Overall a very helpful and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something for a special occasion but it also caters for everyday wear.”

“Took my son to Next at Abbeycentre to buy a suit for a day at the races. Great selection of styles. Good fitting rooms, spacious shop. Best of all was the service from a lady named Lyndsay. Despite being very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her as she advised my son on style, fit and even contacted another branch when his size wasn’t in stock. Highly recommended.”

“I am so upset. Today I went to Coach to buy a handbag for £259. I gave the staff £300, then she counted it over and over again to see if it was fake. After going through all the steps, she gave me back 75p. I am just a tourist here. My English is not good so I had to ask the interpreter to talk to her. Taking advantage of the customer not knowing English, she stole £40 from me. I was also negligent when I got the change back and didn't check it again until I got home and checked the bill. I need to be resolved! I can't believe this nonsense happened at a famous brand. And I don't know how many people have been like this. If possible, please check the camera again today at 15:55, 27/07/25. It's not the airline's fault, it's the staff who blatantly took advantage of tourists who didn't know the language. This is the branded bag I bought for my own birthday. With the first money I earned, I feel very sad to meet such an employee! I really hope the manager can solve my problem.”

“The best sports store in Belfast! I had been to several stores to try to find new running shoes two days in I a row I was about to give up, but I saw this store and went in. It was very fancy so it thought it would be expensive but nope! Great range of products to an adorable price. I also got help from this lovely woman working there to find the perfect running shoes for me, she was lovely and the service was great! I was also told they had a student discount, I didn't even have to ask for it! I will be back in the future, very satisfied customer!”
